The best way to make fitness a lifelong habit is to start out right! This eight week program begins with a baseline fitness test, followed by an individual fitness program set up to assist you on your way to a healthy lifestyle change.
Our personal trainers get you headed in the right direction, teaching you the proper way to use fitness equipment. Then, as the weeks follow, we check back with you for any questions that may come up. At the end of the 8 weeks, we perform a final fitness test to see how far you have advanced toward your new healthy lifestyle.
