Ultimate Flying Disc LeagueUltimate Flying Disc is a non-contact game with the guiding principle of "Spirit of the Game" or sportsmanship. Personal responsibility is developed from the self-officiating nature of the sport. Respecting the rules and other competitors is core to winning. 8-player teams throw a series of passes in order to score a goal.
