Whether you're new to exercise or getting back to it, group exercise is a great way to get moving, make friends and stay motivated. We have a class for every level!
Body Sculpting, Kickboxing, Cross Training, Boot Camp, Spinning, Cardio Tone, Yoga, Pilates, Zumba® classes and more give you the chance to maximize your workout potential in a fun group class. A new offering in the Michiana area, Tabata involves lunges, planks, squats, knee-raises, push-ups and crunches. Exercises are timed in fast-paced increments with maybe 10-second breaks in between until multiple rounds have been completed. Jumps are added to some moves to increase the intensity.
