Tai Chi Yang Form & Health


Based on martial arts movements, our Tai Chi instructor provides training for proper body mechanics and natural alignment, focusing on building core strength. We will create an environment to promote a relaxed body and peaceful mind, which are key to cultivating healthy energy.

Tai Chi Yang Form is a specific style of teaching with an emphasis on flowing body postures. Tai Chi for Health is safe and gentle exercise. This is shown to lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety and improve balance.
