YMCA Urban Youth Services Innovation Delta
We are committed to improving the graduation rates in our community and providing Michiana with future leadership by helping teens develop the critical skills necessary for teens to become college- or job-ready.
We work with students on outcomes-driven, hands-on, tangible, creative projects--instilling the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility--that balance personal development and team dynamics.
Participants in the YMCA Innovation Delta are high school students referred to us by peers and school administrators, or identified by our Urban Youth Services Life Skills Coaches.
Through two distinct and entrepreneurial programs at the new YMCA INNOVATION DELTA we have made a promise to high school students to help them envision and plan for a career after high school.
